Material and safety: I choose print settings and material based on the job when practical, but 3D prints have limits. Safety-critical, high-temperature, high-load, pressure-bearing, or regulated parts may be declined or referred to a more appropriate manufacturing method.

What to send for a quote

If you already have a file, send the file name/format, approximate dimensions, quantity and what the part needs to do. If you need design work, photos, measurements and a sketch are usually enough to start.
