Install work here means consumer technology, low-voltage, or plug-in equipment. Work requiring a licensed trade is outside the scope of these packages.

Yes. A few clear photos, what the part came from, and at least one known measurement are a good starting point. I may ask for the original part so I can measure it accurately.
Yes. Small jobs are specifically welcome. If the work is so small that a full visit does not make sense, I will tell you and suggest the cheapest practical route.
The listed prices are starting prices for the stated scope. Anything requiring unusual parts, materials, extended labor, multiple prototypes, shipping, or additional travel is quoted before the extra work begins.
